Returning Patients

For returning patients requesting a Virtual TeleMedicine (VTM) visit:

  1. Please confirm that we have your cellphone number and email on file.

  2. We will text you a few minutes prior to your appointment.

  3. You will click on the link and then we will be able to text/chat and we will video conference as well.

  4. If you are the parent of a pediatric patient, we will need your child to be present with you during the Virtual TeleMedicine (VTM) visit.
